I joined the world of yoga in 2013. A friend invited me to attend a 90 minute “hot yoga” class. Like many, I was hooked after just one class. Since then, my curiosity and practice have grown under the guidance and care of the skillful instructors at Bent Dog. In the spring of 2021, I completed the 200- CYT training. In addition to expanding my passion for yoga and it’s benefits, my practice helps me to develop and grow my skills and now share my experience and love for yoga with others. I hope my fellow yogis will appreciate my approach towards happiness, balance, and self discovery.
