Debbie
Debbie Mann has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for fifteen years, and last June, completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through LifePower Yoga.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University, and has twenty-five years experience as a health and fitness professional. When not teaching yoga, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle by running, strength training and eating a vegetarian diet. Debbie has completed four half marathons, and two years ago lost 26 pounds and has kept it off through behavior and lifestyle changes through diet and exercise.
She loves to cook and find new recipes for her family to enjoy. Debbie is married to her husband David of 22 years, and together they have three boys ages 20, 17, & 13…they keep her busy with their food consumption!
Debbie is passionate about educating others about health, nutrition and exercise, and most of all she is passionate about yoga and truly believes in the healing power yoga provides for the mind and body.
Through her experience and teaching, Debbie encourages and inspires others to realize the importance of their own health and well-being in order to live a life filled with joy, happiness and inner peace.
