I have always wanted to be a teacher as far back as I can remember. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education in 2004 and taught for 8 years. 

In the meantime, I began taking Bikram Yoga. I fell in love with it my first class. I decided I wanted to teach yoga and share it with others. I went to teacher training in Spring 2011. 

It's truly amazing how yoga heals the mind and body. As a teacher, I get to see it happen over and over again. 

I am also certified in Inferno Hot Pilates, Power Yoga, and YinCore Yoga. When I'm not at the studio, I like to spend time with my husband Adam and our two children.
