In the beginning of 2017 I was searching for a new form of working out and came across Bent Dog Yoga. I figured I would try out an Inferno Hot Pilates class and WOW! Everything about the class, the energy, the music, the instructors, the amazing core workout I got-immediately had me hooked! I began coming to the studio on and off the next few years and eventually starting practicing hot yoga here as well. After encountering some truly inspiring instructors, I knew deep down I wanted to become one and when the opportunity arose this year I decided it was time to pursue my dream!
